Georges Falkenberg : Large Sterling Silver Tea Fountain / Samovar - Mascaron Spout

Large and spectacular Tea Fountain / Samovar in solid silver resting on scrolled feet with four bakelite support pads. Model body with pinched sides and ribs and fabulous spout with Mascaron. Gadroon friezes, and cover surmounted for fretel by a burst seed. Complete set with its original burner-warmer also in solid silver, and with a wooden side handle. Wooden tap handle in the shape of a palmette, with crack. Minerva hallmarks 1st Title (.950) and Hallmark of Master Goldsmith Georges FALKENBERG (Hallmark with the initials "GF" and a falcon) received in 1894. Large and spectacular Tea Fountain in very good condition, complete with its original warmer, also revised and cleaned by our Goldsmith, micro-scratches. To discover through the attached photos...
