"Old Very Beautiful Painting Signed Mistral Framed Under Glass Hunting Dog Springer Hunter."
This beautiful watercolor gouache, framed under glass, is in good condition, with some minimal traces of time. It is signed Mistral or Mestral. Note: Two old discreet folds at the bottom right above the signature (photo 4). The frame which is later, around 1940, has some missing parts on the sides (last 4 photos). The artist had a very good mastery of his art. This painting representing a hunting dog in a bucolic landscape, under threatening clouds was perfectly well done. It is really very pleasant and decorative. Dimensions with its frame: 31.5 x 25.5 cm. Dimensions without its frame: 23.8 x 17.8 cm. Fast, careful and very secure shipping.
