"Wolfers, Art Deco Candy Box, Sterling Silver, Circa 1930-1950"
Very rare Art Deco candy box or biscuit box in solid silver. This form of object is rather rare in the production of the Wolfers family in Brussels to which the national museums of art and history have dedicated an entire room and which is really worth the visit. . Rather large in size, it can easily contain more than a kilo of sweets or pralines. The set consists of a sleeper or circular plate, the candy box and its lid. The set weighs almost a kilo of solid silver
