"Impressive Pair Of Bronze Wall Lights With Golden Patina"
This pair of Louis XVI style wall lights features a winged caduceus in its medallion around which the two serpents tamed by the god Hermes intertwine. The medallion is surrounded by a frieze of laurel leaves. Above the medallion, we find a volute decorated with acanthus leaves above which extends a folded curtain, running along each side of the wall lights. The folded curtain is fixed on a censer from which flames escape. Finally, from the bottom of each wall light emerge two candelabra decorated with friezes of pearls and glyphs.
