Ivory okimono, expertly carved from a single block, depicting a joyful Gama Sennin holding a large basket filled with lively toads. Two other toads accompany the Sennin at his feet.Masamitsu engraved signature with kao engraved on red lacquer.
Period: Meiji, late 19th century.
