Superb Linen Damask Table Service Hand Embroidered Monogram Bl Color Bis - Antique Linen

A beautiful monogram "BL" in imposing relief is embroidered in the center of each napkin as well as a larger one in the center of the tablecloth.

The woven patterns are superb and rare. The weave of the tablecloth is composed of a strip on the 4 sides identical to that of the napkins.

Service in perfect condition including: 1 tablecloth and 12 napkins.

This service is in new condition: 9 napkins had never been washed, the canvas of the other pieces is slightly lighter.
The service is now washed and ironed, there are still some light traces of carbon paper, and darker threads from the weave of the canvas on 2 of the napkins (see photos). Everything will become white following future washes.

Dimensions: Tablecloth: 2.38 mx 1.66 m - monogram: 19 cm x 11 cm. Napkins: 83 cm x 67 cm - monograms: 13 cm x 9.5 cm.
