"Empire Clock"
Beautiful mantel clock depicting a reading putti ( smoother ) in gilded bronze, partially patinated.The white enamel dial signed "CHOPIN in Paris".
Empire period , a French work around 1800.
This clock is in a very good state of conservation ( not restored / cleaned ).
The mechanism is in working order.
Height 29.5 centimetres.
