"Refreshing Oil for Perfumed Toilet Use" HERMES PARIS Very beautiful Hermès scarf published in 1983 for Bloomingdale's luxury store in New York and reissued in 1987. This scarf is sought after by amateurs, collectors and interior designers. It bears the mention "Quite Rare, Very Sought After" in the Dictionary & Ratings of Hermès Art Scarves. In silk twill with hand-rolled edges, it comes on an ivory and beige background, with purple borders. This model designed from an old perfume label and female characters lists the name of the perfumed oil, such as jasmine oil, mignonette oil, vanilla oil, musk oil, etc. see details in the photos. In a range of bright colors, dark purple, turquoise, fuchsia pink, fir green, it bears its composition label. The title, the name of the House of Hermès Paris, and the copyright appear in a beige cartridge in the center of the scarf. Very good original condition, use and conservation, both in terms of silk and colors.
