Dimensions: 46 cm x 55 cm (10 F format) No need to introduce André Margat (1903-1997) French animal painter, draftsman, sculptor, illustrator, engraver and lacquerer. Trained at the Beaux-Arts and Decorative Arts in Paris, he joined the "Groupe des Douze" in 1931, which brought together around Pompon and Jane Poupelet animal artists Paul Jouve, Jean-Claude de Saint-Marceaux and many others.
