An interesting and decorative pair of small candlesticks in finely chased bronze with a fine Vendôme column decoration, palmettes, griffins, and lyre, in a fine original gilding.

Fine French work from the Empire period, circa 1805-1810.

Sizes: Height 8.46 Inches. - Diameter 4.13 In.

In good condition, with some wear to the period gilding which gives this pair of torches their charm and authenticity. There was a slight impact on the base.
