He was a student at the Colarossi Academy in Paris from 1930 to 1934 and belonged to the group: l'Effort. He participated in the Salons des indépendants, d'automne and des Tuileries in Paris. He exhibited at the Herbert Museum in La Troche (Isère), at the Château de la Condamine in Meylan (Isère)
