Pocket luxury, a very pretty 18th century fly box in brown and blond tortoiseshell, dotted with yellow, pink gold, silver and mother-of-pearl.
The lid has a bouquet decoration, gold, silver and mother-of-pearl, surrounded by a dotting of pink gold stars and stylized yellow gold flowers, circled by a silver frieze.
The other 3 sides are covered with a shower of stars and stylized flowers. Inside, the two fly compartments have small blond tortoiseshell lids decorated with flowers.
