Beautiful gilded bronze sculpture representing Pandora leaning on an antique column and holding her jewelry box in her hand. Two birds are at her feet as well as elements evoking the ancient world (amphora, theater mask). Late 19th century sculpture of good quality. Cast by the Société anonyme des bronzes de Bruxelles with the foundry stamp on the base. Very good condition. It rests on a red griotte marble base.
