Chainmail Dagger

Superb dagger of the chainmail type in its original condition. Indeed, the superb blade, extremely tapered has retained all its length and its sharpness with the reinforcing bead 5 centimeters from the tip. It is guilloché on the back, near the handle over 6.5 centimeters. The handle starts with a 2.2 centimeter brass ferrule with sides and continues with a face capped to the top of the handle. This has micro studding, inserts of stone pellets, twisted brass threads. The eyes of the character are represented by 2 studded elements. The dagger is in remarkable condition for an object dating from the 17th century or at most the beginning of the 18th century.
