Painter Corrado Pila (1924-1999) is a contemporary Italian artist. He is best known for his oil paintings of rural landscapes, portraits and still lifes.
Biography
Corrado Pila was born in San Giovanni in Fiore, Italy. He studied art at the Florence Academy of Fine Arts, where he was taught by the renowned painters Eugenio Montale and Pietro Annigoni.
Following his studies, Corrado Pila began his career as an artist in Italy, where he took part in several art exhibitions. Over time, he gained international recognition and his works were exhibited in art galleries around the world.
Corrado Pila died in Florence in 1999 at the age of 75.
