Very beautiful Limoges blue porcelain ball vase. This porcelain is decorated at the shoulder with a large frieze made of gold inlay, double gilding and polished with agate. A second frieze is made with fine gold under the first. Two circular threads, one located on the neck, a second on the heel, complete the decoration. This vase comes from the André Provot art workshops installed on rue E. Reclus in 1952 then at 9 rue Bougainville in Limoges in 1963.
