This beautiful portrait of an unidentified young girl has traditionally been attributed to the Flemish painter Cornelis de Vos (or sometimes Simon de Vos), who produced more portraits of children shown at full length. The painting is certainly Flemish and dates to around 1630-1640, and an alternative attribution to Justus Sustermans (Antwerp 1597 – 1681 Florence) has also been suggested.

This painting is in beautiful condition and attractively framed in a period frame, and is ready to hang.
