Pewter bowl with console ears and a nippled lid with a daisy grip, engraved "with a tremblé" with a residence, a flower vase and birds.
Control mark: CC crowned / (17)71 / ROUEN.
Mark of Pierre Gaspard (DE)LAMARE received master in 1767.
Both elements are hallmarked.
Length: 29.5 cm.
ROUEN, From the years 1771 or 1772

Very good condition, a tiny crack is noted at the junction of an ear and the bowl.
I would also like to point out that the engraved bowls are in some way unique because they are chiseled individually.
The control at the vintage of 1773 is listed, this allows a precise dating to the millesime 1771 or 1772.
Bears the old label of the exhibition of "Arts de la table" of 1993 in Paris, at the Louvre des Antiquaires
