"Small Delft Plate. Eighteenth Century."
Small deep plate with heel in polychrome earthenware decorated with two intertwined hearts topped with a knot and illustrated with a maxim in Dutch which means: "There is nothing better in fidelity than love between a man and a woman." Small wear is visible on the edge of the plate, nevertheless in good condition. Eighteenth century. Louis XVI period.
