The vase has an irregular cylindrical shape with a relatively narrow mouth. The upper part is smooth and consists of the first vitreous casting in warm tones, while externally it has ‘castings’ of transparent glass that descend from the upper to the lower part, creating a dynamism and movement that enrich the complexity of the vase. A beautiful example of Murano glass art.
The combination of these elements creates an object of great visual impact, catching the light and reflecting colours in an evocative manner, presenting unexpected earth-coloured mottling against the light.
