Copper alloy
H. 18 cm, length 15 cm
A copper alloy mask made using the lost wax casting technique, with a green patina, depicting an oval face, eyes with half-closed eyelids, cut into a crescent moon shape, the eyebrows arching into a tapering nasal bridge. The thin lips are half-open over a mouth whose corners are marked with facial scarification, while the forehead is surmounted by a stylised chameleon from which three wisps of hair fall, ending in volutes.
