Octagonal rifled barrels, tobacco finish, with dovetail-mounted front sight engraved on top: Fni P. Frcis MARQUIS Arq. 2 boulevard des Italiens à Paris, decorated with an engraved frieze and marked 1 & 2 respectively in gold; white polished steel breech shanks, with frogs, engraved with scrolls and marked 1 & 2 respectively in gold.
Flat-bodied front locks, engraved in sequence like the hammers. Percussion action.
Bridges with finger rests, engraved in sequence and surrounded by a frieze.
Silver barrel bolt eyelets.
Ovoid caps engraved with scrolls and a spider's web.
Varnished mounts with carved grips.
Good condition, perfect working order.
Mahogany case, with brass cartouche on lid engraved B.R. and reinforced corners. Green felt interior, with gold markings. Double lock.
Complete with original accessories.
