Set of 5 small antique Lobmeyr enamelled shot glasses with the coat of arms of a princely alliance.

The coat of arms is of two Russian princely families: the Voronstovs and the Troubetskoys.

These glasses were most likely part of a large service made on order for the wedding between Prince General Semyon Mikhailovich Vorontsov (1823-1882) and Maria Vasilyevna Stolypina, born Princess Troubetskaya (1819-1895).

From this service we also have 9 identical stemmed glasses, sold individually.
