Beautiful and unusual 18th century Sèvres porcelain cup from the Louis XV period.
This low cup with two handles and a saucer is a toiletry item, a make-up pot, which appears in the inventories under the name of "toilet cup". Saucer with a shallow ring, the swollen shape of the container is close to the "Bouillard goblet" scalloped handles, white background, crosspieces, flowers, gold frame.
