Sublime large ART NOUVEAU solid silver fish serving fork c.1900 by PUIFORCAT in the extremely rare model called IRIS. Spatula, stem and its attachment with meticulously detailed chased and pierced Iris decoration. Spatula engraved with a stylized monogram. Very finely crafted from the highest quality silver, it is punched with the Minerva 1st Standard (.950) Hallmark, and mark of Master Goldsmith Emile PUIFORCAT (Hallmark with the initials "EP" and a penknife). This sublime ART NOUVEAU service piece in the rare pierced IRIS model by Puiforcat is in excellent condition, revised and cleaned by our Goldsmith, with only micro-scratches from use to note.
