"Pablo Picasso Owl Pitcher "
Rare pitcher turned in white earthenware, oxide decoration on white enamel with blue decoration. This owl pitcher was produced in 500 copies, marked underneath Edition Picasso, Madoura, in good condition except for mini-chips to the enamel on the spout and base (see photos), no restoration. Very beautiful collector's item, moreover Picasso's rating continues to increase. Listed in the book Alain Ramié, Picasso, catalogue de l'oeuvre céramique edited 1947-1971, Madoura.
