In the center, the relic is highlighted in an elegant mount chiseled with floral and leafy motifs, surmounted by the bust of the saint signed at its base by the French goldsmith and medalist Roquelay (Alphonse Desaide-Roquelay, Paris 1850 - 1911).
Made in the second half of the 19th century, the reliquary bears an undetermined master goldsmith's mark with the initials AB.
It is presented in its original leather case, with the lid decorated with the initials SV, gilded, of Saint Vincent.
Dimensions: 9.5 x 8 cm.
This reliquary, of beautiful finesse, testifies to the fervent cult given to Saint Vincent de Paul in France as in Italy, illustrated by the wealth of works and representations dedicated to him.
