Beautiful fireplace or partition screen, Blackened wooden upright engraved with Japanese motifs, The screen is made of lacquered wood decorated in light relief with birds and flowering branches with strong gold leaf highlights, in good condition, on the upper edge of the panel 4 small holes which were initially to receive small decorative turlupets now missing, French work, circa 1900 This object cannot be shipped by postal parcel height: 119 cm width of panel: 61 cm and panel plus base: 68 cm
