This large and antique footed bowl of German manufacture Gebruder Hepp Sch - the mark is stamped on the bottom of the brass base - it is notable for the complex engraving whose motifs allow it to be dated around the 1920s of the 20th century.
The pedestal is made of brass sheet.
A small defect (see last photo): a small chip along the scalloped crystal edge, chip "camouflaged" by gold paint.
