Wooden statue painted in burgundy of the dog of Saint Roch holding in his mouth the bread that he stole from his master to go and feed the Saint hidden in the woods because he had the plague. Legend has it that he licked the wounds of the Saint and fed him. The Master of the dog, intrigued, followed him and found and cared for Saint Roch. Some losses noted at the end of the legs. Period early 18th century.
