Carved boxwood snuffbox called "Père la Colique" or "croûteux", representing a crouching character, head turned, grimacing, hands raised towards his "foundation", work of Popular Art from the 19th century. This snuffbox is in good general condition, good quality. Please note: the small cork stopper at the head is missing, breakage on one foot (glued back on, see red arrows), wear and tear, see photos.
