Pair of antique terracotta lamps/sculptures created by Michel Cayla representing the bust of a naked woman and man. The hand-modeled terracotta sculptures are presented on a tubular axis on a patinated metal base. Terracotta signed with the workshop stamp on the reverse. "Atelier Michel Cayla Provence France" Terracotta Height of sculpture alone: 28/30 cm Width of sculpture alone: 16/18 cm Base: 13 x 13 cm Pair of very decorative lamps in good condition and functional. Michel Cayla is a French sculptor born in the 20th century. He has been working in his Provencal workshop near Mont Ventoux since 1966.
