"Silver Hand Candle Holder, Bordeaux 1777."
Silver hand candlestick, Louis XVI period.The circular tray with contours rests on a base. The handle attachment is decorated with channels ending in a plain molding.
Hallmarks under the tray: charge and jurande and in the socket: charge, jurande and goldsmith. It is of a good weight and in perfect condition.
A silver piece has been applied at the junction between the handle and the tray to consolidate.
BORDEAUX, 1777.
MO: Antoine DUTEMPLE. It was received in 1768.
Weight: 250gr. Beautiful molding.
