Bronze Virgin and Child, 17th century

Head covered with a veil that let appear a part of the hair, the Virgin carries Child Jesus on her right arm. She wears a long coat whose textures are shaped in different patterns.

Very good condition, some remains of silvering, mainly on the back. Child Jesus right hand is broken (see pictures). Both figures originaly wore a crown or a halo, as shown by the holes on the back of the heads.
