"A Green Man's Oak Arch, 16th Century"
A charming fragment of early 16th century carved oak arch church furniture depicting at the top the face of a green man with leafy organic fruiting bodies on either side. Another half head is visible to the right, at the original junction of another arch. Beautiful dark patine.Dimensions: 54.5x18.2cm.
