Pair of 19th century gilt bronze candlesticks mounted as lamps. The shaft decorated with a fluted column, the base and the bobeche decorated with palmettes and chiseling. The pagoda lampshades are custom-made based on 18th century paintings, each with a different front and back, which allows for different scenes or perfect symmetry. The sides are in black linen, edged with a black velvet braid. Recent electrification with pretty gold fabric thread.
