"Gilded Copper Censer. Tibet 19th Century Or Earlier."
Small jar, perhaps a censer, in embossed copper applied with relief bronze motifs, held by rivets. The base part is decorated with a band of palms and the upper part with Swastika. These two bands are cold gilded with gold powder which is firmly held probably by lacquer. The patina is excellent and guaranteed to be a very old piece. Probably Tibet, 19th century or before. A specialist will certainly be able to date this object precisely. Height: 12cm Width: 13cm
