This very pretty painting, representing fishermen in a boat on a river in a mountain village dates from the 19th century (circa 1870). Large in size, it shows us a charming village crossed by a river. In the foreground we see fishermen pulling up a net. In the background the mill is very skillfully represented with a pretty perspective. In very good condition, we see on the back 3 small pastilles of old restorations. The frame as well as the canvas are circled with metal, which leads us to believe that it is a woodwork painting. Without frame.
