Large plate made using the cloisonné technique (cellular enamel) on a brass container. The decoration depicts, among other things, a pair of cranes (a symbol of longevity and conjugal love in the Far East), sparrows and various flowers: chrysanthemums, peonies or camellias. On the back, a sticker of the famous Parisian company Escalier de Cristal - whose shops sell both its own high-quality furniture products and those imported from the Far East.
