Shipping Our main depot is located in Montpellier in the South of France. The majority of our stock will be dispatched from here. For small items weighing less than 20kg and with a circumference of 180cm (w+hx2) this is a box of approximately 50 x 30 x 40cm. Delivery 7-14 days depending on your location. Large items to the UK and EU These items will be shipped with our own courier partners who operate between the UK, France and Spain. We aim to send these items within 2-4 weeks. We can ship to other EU countries but delivery times will vary. Once all costs are agreed we will arrange packing and crating if required. The shipment will then be delivered to our UK freight forwarding partners and booked for the next sailing. Sailings can take between 2-4 weeks depending on your destination. If you do not have a customs broker to arrange customs taxes (you may be liable for taxes on your purchase) and paperwork, our shipping partners can assist you. These overseas deliveries can take between 4-8 weeks. Insurance For any shipments where you have paid additional insurance fees, in the unfortunate event of damage in transit. All damages must be reported immediately to the final destination carrier and to us so that we can initiate the claims process.
