Still relevant, these vintage toys stubbornly refuse to stay lying down. The counterweight they contain in their molded plastic shells keeps them "upright". Toddlers have fun trying to lay them down. They have therefore also suffered the annoyance of babies.... West German manufacturing... it's marked underneath.
