"Small Walnut Bookcase"
Small walnut bookcase. The doors are partitioned and framed with moldings. The lower panels are flat, framed and enhanced with a wide molding. The uprights of the frame are fluted, enhanced by a high and low cornice. The upper crosspiece is carved with decoration: stylized shells, and corbels. The sides have two recessed panels on added moldings. The shelves are rack-and-pinion, therefore mobile. The guêné feet soften the slender line even more. The blown glass (in a single block) attests even more to its era.
