Rare bust of the Duke of Orléans in biscuit
Edition of the Noblet house in Paris
Coat of arms with fleurs-de-lys and oak branches on the base, rose in the buttonhole.
It is said to be Philippe d'Orléans (February 6, 1869 – March 28, 1926), Duke of Orléans (courtesy title conferred by his father Louis Philippe Albert d'Orléans (1838-1894), last royal prince of France, from 1842 to 1848, Orleanist pretender to the throne of France from 1848 to 1873 under the name of Louis-Philippe II, then from 1883 to 1894 under that of Philippe VII).
Publisher's stamp and signature on the back.
