Denis MIAU (Born in 1951) Oil on canvas signed lower right, titled and dated on the back "Camargue" 1977 In perfect condition Dimensions without frame: 73 x 54 cm Visual artist, Denis Miau was born in 1951 in Pauillac, in the southwest of France. Attracted very early by painting, he continued his studies in Paris at the Lycée Claude Bernard, then at the Sorbonne, at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts and at the Atelier de Montparnasse. In 1974, he settled permanently in Albi in 1974, and held his first exhibition at the age of 27.
