Very decorative, with a "brutalist" side, this large fruit bowl or monoxyl pocket emptier was hand-carved from a palm tree trunk.
The wood grain, the irregularities in size and sanding give it a richness of relief and light, and a great diversity and warmth of hues...
Very beautiful object, with a "zen" and refined aesthetic.
Excellent condition, with a warm and shiny brown patina.
