Large Louis XV period wall clock in gilded wood, lacquered wood and painted with Martin varnish. This is a set of clock and its support called lamp base. We present it to you in its found condition, very heavily patinated, with gaps and chips in the gilding. The chiming movement works but it was changed in the 19th century. A carved wooden or bronze ornament is missing at the top of the clock. Beautiful, very decorative object in its original condition, for a raw and natural decoration like in the grand siècle. 18th century period.
