Very nice Cuval (open) from Gaziantep in South-Eastern Anatolia. Real works of art, the Cuval are actually used for the transport and storage of cereals. Everyday objects, their refinement has always amazed me... Woven and embroidered wool on wool in a traditional way. Extremely fine weaving, the piece is supple and light.
