Cirano Castelfranchi (Genoa 1912-Florence 1973) was an Italian artist active in Milan, originally from Brera, well known for his views of Milan.
He was born in Genoa on July 2, 1912. He always lived in Milan. He painted in oils and watercolors as an autodidact. He attended the Brera drawing school. From 1934 he exhibited in regional and national exhibitions and in 1942 he was awarded at the exhibition of the Young Italian Painters in Palermo. He has works in private collections in Italy and abroad: New York, Paris, London. In 1934 he drew a series of paintings with views of Milan.
