Very beautiful setting very in relief with a central diamond of 0.11 carat surrounded by 6 diamonds for 0.21 carat in total and 6 oblong sapphires to form the petals of the flower. Horse head hallmark partly erased. Total gross weight 7.17 gr. Some impurities in the sapphires. Finger size 57. Period around 1950.
