Important molded and richly carved oak sideboard with two superimposed parts. This piece of furniture is composed of many elements dating from the 16th century as well as the beginning of the 17th century. It was remodeled and recomposed in the 19th century according to the taste of the time. The upper part opens on the front with two magnificent doors decorated with dolphins, birds and plants. These two doors are separated by a dormant panel also carved with two birds, a chalice and plants. It is also framed by two half-columns in baluster fixed in applique. The whole is topped with a pretty cherub's head. The lower part of our piece of furniture forming a console is composed of a large base resting on two ball feet on its front. At the back, three background panels are fixed, the central panel is dated 1617. On the front of the base, two beautiful baluster columns hold the belt on which is fixed a large protruding molding which hides the embedding with the upper part and allows it to be maintained.
